I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG in Oct 2016
Interview
Met with the recruiter at the campus career fair. I was accepted for a first round interview and attended the pre-interview night at a local bar. The interview overall it was very smooth and conversational with two current upper level employees. We talked a little bit about my resume and my interests, and how that related to my interests in the company.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapore)
Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
