Interview
The process begins with Aptitude tests followed by Group Assessments after a couple of weeks. If one is successful, they proceed to manager Interviews then partners interviews.
Of importance is that one prepares themselves adequately.

Question 1
Why did you apply to KPMG and not any other Big 4 firms?
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
