Interview
Firstly you will be doing an online assessment, if you pass it, you will get a call from the HR. On the interview day, an hour session of a face-to-face interview with both the Audit Partner and Senior Manager, with the need to complete two assessments on essay and accounting knowledge beforehand. Great experience so far with the interviewer being friendly and sharing their experiences.

Tell me what life is all about for you. Describe deferred tax (both concept and application).
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
