Simple behavioral interview with 3 rounds. One with recruiter and then with various partners. Just asked primarily about background and why I was interested in the position. Consistent with the interview process at the other accounting firms.

The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
