Applied online. Got a phone call for the interview. Went to the interview - basic questions on motivation, CV, experience. Then they told me about the project I would be working on etc.

Tell me more about yourself and describe challenging situation you had to handle
First round talked with hiring manager, quite easy, not so technical. Asked about some financial regulations. And also asked about personality, like asking some questions for situation that you may face during at work and how would you handle it.

During at work you may face some difficulties where the client is being demanding, how would you handle it and prioritise your work.

Der Ablauf wurde transparent kommuniziert.

Es wurde mir ein Thema genannt auf das ich mich vorbereiten konnte. Ich Inhaber während des Bewerbungsprozesses mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen gesprochen, dadurch konnte ich einen guten Eindruck gewinnen.
