I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kabbage (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I was reached out by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Right out of the gate she was really friendly and energetic. She conducted the initial phone screening, and after which she set up a phone interview with a Software Engineer. The interviewer was casual and very friendly. It felt more of a collaborative conversation, since I could further discuss the questions he asked me. After the phone interview, I was invited into the office. The culture was awesome in that there is free food and refreshments provided everyday, and I was offered some before my interview. Even better I was able to drink a cup of beer of my choice also. While waiting for the other software engineers, I interacted with other employees, and they were fun and easy going. It was a great time watching one of them ride a scooter around the office. I also was a given a tour. Moments later I was in a room with three other engineers. They all asked me questions about my background and resume. At the end I had to do a white board question, in which they helped me finish. After the interview with the engineers came the interview with the director of engineering. He was more stern, but also friendly. He was nice enough to give me more time for questions. He asked me mostly about the projects I worked on as a whole, and he wanted to see if I knew the working of the system. The interview overall was on both extremes of very relax and challenging. Kabbage is a great company to be able to balance moving fast and having fun.

Interview
Previously did a phone screen and coding challenge when I applied there for an internship. This time around I had to do a 3-hour interview with different groups of software engineers: writing code for a REST API and discussing past projects and experience. Very smooth process and helpful recruiter
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kabbage (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2019
Interview
One of the best interviews I have ever attended. I applied on their career website and received a coding test, the test was 1 question 50 minutes. It was not as simple as it looked like.
After the coding test there was a technical phone screen with one of the Software Engineer, this was more like technical chat than an interview. I was invited onsite for 3 hours. The on-site interview started with a coding test followed by two panel interviews. Finally there was a behavioral interview with one of the senior leadership member.
The whole process took about 1-2 weeks, and I received offer after few hours of my last interview.

Interview
I had a coding challenge, and afterwards, I had a phone call with HR. During the interview, I was asked a broad systems design question and explained a past project I have worked on. Everyone I spoke to was very nice.
