Never expected at a Project Manager being from an IT professional and having narrow opinion that you just cannot shift from India to Germany, your chances are too low, this is not the way how it works. It's good you have your opinion but it doesn't apply to all the people. Maybe that's the limitation of your company or my current circumstances at the moment, but this is entirely possible. Have to keep trying.
