Online interview due to onset of pandemic. Founders are crypto bros (literally) pivoting to MSP recurring revenue services through local connections in Waco. Competent questions, but almost half focused on PBX and phone support - part of the industry that's quickly getting replaced by the cloud, and not a typical MSP focus. Neutral to negative due to communication failures by their contracted recruiter.
