it was very disorganized and chaotic, the manager left the room several times, the space in which i interviewed was very cramped. I was not given a tour of the facility and not provided with an accurate description of the organization's receptiveness to suggestions

they asked me what i would do if a patient who does not qualify for a 4 wheeled walker came in for an evaluation and demanded one

Efficient, professional, and smooth.
Communication was great, the interviewer was transparent, and it did feel like they wanted to get to know the PERSON not just the skills. There was a lot of situational/behavioral questions but all some clinical scenarios.

1st round of interviews: met with 2 inpatient physical therapy supervisors and director of rehab.
2nd round of interviews: met with 5 rehab staff members (1 PT assistant, 1 occupational therapist, 3 physical therapists)
