The interview was direct and specific which is what I think an interview should be. What it was not is friendly, welcoming or engaging. The warmth that I would desire as a client was not displayed by these staff and despite attempting a bit of light humor, not even a smile.

Group interview with multiple mental health professionals. Asked relevant questions regarding my experience, goals. Cordial and informative. Answered all my questions. Provided tour of facility. Prompt followup with job offer. Very professional.
