I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA)
Interview
Very standard interview. It involved lots of touring the facility, meeting with the current team and also admin involved in the decision making process. Open about timeline and salary. Felt like they were selling the position to me rather than me having to sell myself.

Question 1
How comfortable I was with different diagnostic procedures
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Denver, CO)
Interview
In person interview with a nurse manager, audiology supervisor, and some staff audiologists. I was asked standard interview questions along with technical audiology questions. Many questions seemed to be judging the protocols of my previous workplace, rather than my skill set. The supervisor made it clear that she did not have very much respect for my previous workplace, and that she did not think highly of audiologists outside of her hospital. Due to this clearly toxic environment and management style I declined the job when offered.
