Question 1
A situation where I had to challenge a co worker point of view.
Phone interview with hiring manager and then panel interview with unit managers. They ask basic questions regarding experience and mostly about being a le to deal with labor union. They emphasize the difficulty of navigating union rules and policies. There was no call back, follow up or even a rejection letter. You just don't hear from them ever again.

Interview
Was not offered a job, not notified of results. Followed up with HR a few times regarding the job, initially stated that interview was well and will be receiving a call in a week or two for a staff panel interview. HR did not have courage to reject applicant.
