I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Apr 2023
Interview
There were 3 interviews. First was a screening. Second was a 2 on 1 interview. Third was a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. All went well until the decision needed to be made. I received no communications after being asked for references. I finally decided to call the recruiter and they reached out weeks later to let me know they had so many great candidates and I did great but it was nearly a coin toss. I was affected my layoffs and to hear I wasn’t respected enough to receive an update and my livelihood was decided by a coin toss is outrageous. I’d never consider working for his team ever.

I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Ghosted after interview with manager. Emailed twice and no response. This type of candidate experience shows me everything I needed to know. Manager talked a big talk, but never had the courtesy to share an update.
