      QOS Interview

      Sep 12, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Oakland, CA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Mar 2014

      Interview

I submitted a resume and cover letter, and was directed to a lengthy questionnaire. Weeks later, I got a phone interview, which I thought went quite well. I was given a final-round in-person interview with a panel of three interviewers. Not crazy-hard, I'm just an extremely awkward person. They asked the usual questions about why do you want this position, why are you qualified, etc. They also gave me a short SAS exercise, which did not go well, plus some case studies in which I had to think outloud and outline how I would approach the situation. Everyone was very gracious and pleasant.
