Panel interview with a manager, director, members of the team. They all asked a question each from a set list. Nobody seemed prepared because they weren't sure who was going next. No conversation or back-and-forth discussion. It was question, answer, question, answer, and people were in and out of the Zoom call. It also seemed like the questions were tailored to "this is how you do this job" and not "what skills do you bring to this workplace and who are you as an employee and clinician." There was also a vignette that, again, asked me how I would assess and diagnose the client following the Kaiser model (if you tried to give answers that didn't follow the Kaiser model, you would be corrected to do so.)
