Interview
Briefly talk to 5 or so employees for around 30 minutes at various levels in the company (up to managing partner), then perform a 30 minute case study, and lastly a quick shadow with someone at the position you are applying for.

After looking at a databook, describe what data cuts you would like to see, any key takeaways, or anything else you notice.
There is only 1 round of interview. And they basically ask questions related to check your aptitude, past yr experience/project, excel and MR concepts. The interview is quite easy as compared to other companies.

Firstly we got a link for aptitude test and then selected student got link for case study round, after clearing a case study we had our group discussion and personal interview followed by hr interview round.
