email contact and set up a phone interview with their recruiter. I had the call with the recruiter and he told me about the role, we discussed my experience and qualifications, and generally had a good rapport. He spent quite a bit of time letting me know that the role would require late emails, long days, and being the #2 to the CMO (that it's not a role to "shine" in), and that the role could be an excellent opportunity for a job with a large brand. We ended the interview and he said he'd reach out and schedule an in-person interview. He and another person reached out, asked for my availability, I sent it to them, and then never heard back. Kind of unprofessional to not follow up.
