Case Study, Group Activity, personal interview. Had a telephonic screening with the consultant and then went for the main interview. A 3-member panel carried the interview procedures. Started with a group activity then solved a case study then face to face interview

It was clear communication—timely updates, well-defined expectations, and a warm welcome. The interviewer fosters a respectful dialogue, listens actively, and encourages authenticity. Candidates leave feeling valued, inspired, and excited for potential next steps

The usual: strength and weakness, examples of past work challenges and achievements
good and smooth interview process probably because it is during the pandemic. Not that much of a hassle. interviewers are welcoming as well. The interview is fast and result can be shared in less than a month or two
There are two tasks that the participants are asked to do - prioritization and detail orientation. The interviews are mostly done online and the candidates have about a day to complete the task
