I applied in-person. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Albuquerque, NM) in Mar 2012
Interview
Met with the qualifying broker, they gave me an overview of the company, their philosophies and training. They also gave me a personality assessment called the DISC which is highly used and regarded throughout KW nationwide. This is what they use to determine where you may be best suited in the organization, whether it's as a team leader, buyers agent, transaction coordinator, or paperwork/compliance.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Denver, CO) in Feb 2015
Interview
It's more of a recruiting Interview. If you can fog a mirror and have a brokers license you good. It's a good idea to have some income reserved for living and office expenses while you are in the process of building your business
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you have the income to pay your expenses while you build your business
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Met with broker/owner and he offered a skills assessment tool that Keller Williams uses to determine style and preferences. Assessment tool did not take too long to take and the results were presented to me right away. The interview process should be easy if you are serious about real estate, you'll be accepted unless there is some issue preventing them from offering you an opportunity to work there.
