Communicated with a selling agent that worked out of the Brookhaven office electronically then in person. It was made through mutual connections and chatting up the agent. Informal process then became formalized with submission of resume and background check.

Told me I would be working 80+ hours a week wanted to tell them no. Terrible company culture. They tried to tell me they had work life balance because they used to have company parties sometimes
