Interview
The interview process was fairly casual. I joined a team so there was a lot of focus on how each person can contribute based on their background, skills, etc. In addition, it felt like less of an interview and more of a conversation to see if it would be a good fit on both ends.

There is a personality assessment that they have you take.
Conversation with one of the head agents. She was very nice and gave me a few of Gary Keller's books. Come with questions about culture and commission. Remember to be confident

Interview
The interview process consisted of meeting for lunch, a thorough career assessment followed by phone interviews. An in person interview would be next with compatible teams. The whole process has been personable, yet professional. KW is aimed at finding the right fit for candidates, and retaining them.
