Informal phone conversation followed by in person meeting to complete accounting assessment. Assessment was moderately difficult for someone who graduated from college 20 years ago- refresher recommend prior to taking test.

It’s quite a long process of 5 steps. I had 2 assessments, one personality assessment and second accounting test. After that 5 interviews with different team members, out of which last one was group interview.

Very thorough interview process including three different assessments. The interviewer (CEO) was very helpful and guiding through the process. The KPS was extremely enlightening and very accurate.
