It was very easy, and informative. I entered a little differently, as I was an independent contractor that chose to apply directly at Kemper. I had worked here for a year prior, and decided I liked the job, and the atmosphere.

Pretty Standard process as you would see in other companies. They explained the position too ensure it will be a good fit for you. Then they discussed the pay range and where they believe you would fit given your background.

Telephone interview which is the first step, interview was professional and convenient over the phone.
The interview was scheduled for 20 mins but lasted just 10. Very direct and to the point . After the phone interview was scheduled for an inperson interview
