I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kemper
Interview
Three stage interview process: Phone screen, coding interview, and a personal or HR type interview. Each felt very natural and were easy to talk and work through. Coding portion was fun and challenging. Also more focused on understanding than perfect implementation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Past projects, college experiences, group project experiences. Skillset relevant questions.
The interview was very understanding and easy to communicate with. The questions seemed fitting for the position I was interviewing for, he didn’t expect me to know everything but just wanted to get a general idea of what I did know and if I was willing to learn.
Interview process wasn’t bad but I never got ANY feedback. It was around the holidays and it seemed communication was an issue but let’s be professional here. I went through a recruiter so it’s not like they had to deliver bad news to me.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kemper
Interview
Invited via email after online application and had two onsite interviews. One was with the senior engineers and manager of the team I would be working with, the other with an executive that oversees the department.
