Interview
This was perhaps one of the more awkward interviews that I have ever had and I'm just glad that I didn't have to conduct it in person. A recruiter contacted me to schedule an interview through a calendar system, which I did for a Project Management role. In the calendar it asked what position I was applying for and I put "Project Manager." At around midnight, less than 12 hours before the interview I received an email stating they were not moving forward with my application. On the phone, when the recruiter called the next morning, she informed me that the position had been filled of Project Manager and the only thing she would ask me when I told her about the other email was, "What are you interested in?"
Clearly I was interested in Project Management role, since I applied for a PM Role. If that position has already been filled and the hiring manager declined me for another position, then why are we wasting our time here. Very disjointed and disconnect within the hiring process.

Tell me about yourself including relevant experiences.
Screened by HR then interviewed by hiring manager. Each phone call lasted about 30 mins. Everyone was very professional. Ultimately, I was very impressed with the process. I would apply for another job there.
