The interview process at Kemper is longer than most but absolutely worth it. I had a total of six interviews. The first was a phone interview with a Kemper Talent Acquisition Specialist and the rest were virtual interviews with various members of the management team.
Each of the interviews was different. They asked thoughtful questions and had conversations with me. Their interview process gives them a sense of who you are, and it also gives you a chance to really meet the people you will be working with.
