I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kerry (London, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Video interview, 7 questions, all 2 or 3 minutes long. The question was displayed on the screen and the cartoon lady read it as well. There was hardly any time to prepare - 10 seconds before a question.
It was one of the most sector specific graduate interviews I've done. Read their annual review VERY carefully, research the company extensively. I don't recall them asking about the industry.
I didn't hear back from them yet, but it is impossible to submit this review without indicating the outcome for some weird reason, so I'm going to try and be positive.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kerry (Beloit, WI)
Interview
Got called for on-site interview. Started with a company tour and short presentation from HR about the company. Spoke with 4-5 managers from different business units and 1 HR rep to see where you fit in the business. General behavioral questions to see if you would be a good fit in the company. Got asked to rank my computer skills. Got called 2 days after for an offer. Overall pretty good experience.
