    A lot of overtime opportunity Great workplace experience coming straight out of college Decent pay to go along with mandatory overtime and double time

    Cons

    Forced into overtime and double time A ridiculous amounts of responsibility. I've watched people have a break down because they couldn't handle the multi tasking or pressure

    Kerry is aggressively growing - more than 250 acquisitions since founded back in Ireland in 1972 and reaching more than > $ 7 billions revenues. Investing in new and emerging areas, innovation mindset, career opportunities, learning across different technologies, good work environment for talents and people that want to build a solid career.

    Cons

    Kerry by essence is a very matrix organization that bring additional challenges for new comers to learn and succeed. Once you learn it, you start to see progress.

    Advice to Management

    Keep improving the listening skills and implementing the necessary changes to build a customer centric enterprise. Listen to your customer and your people and improve the Senior Leaders alignment the company aspiration.

    In the current climate the only one pro, "the good people" is rapidly reducing as people decide to leave.

    Leadership has become shortsighted in recent years, looking for the quick buck to make the numbers for the ever important shareholder, so the execs can pickup the big bonus.     Treat your team members with at least the same level of respect and dignity as you do the shareholder. Look past the end of your noses, plan for the long term and focus on less things and get those few things accomplished for once.     Inept,Incompetent, Clueless Managers. Who do not listen to reason, and do not take into account the skill level of their employees.

    Before you open up a new production facility, make sure that all equipment is verified, qualified, and commissioned before you start production. Do not start up than realize you have all you have are problems that you expect your engineers to fix. If equipment is to be idle till they figue out what is wrong. Properly train, cross train the operators so that the other areas of production can go about their business, unless...

    Its in Beloit Wisconsin, and not much to do around here. High than average turnover

    Good pay, good hours if your 1st shift

    Cons

    Work practically every weekend, management sacrafices safety for numbers. Equipment in terrible shape. Always wondering if you will be the fall guy for supervisors lack of knowledge.
