First phone interview then interview with two ICT managers. The phone interview was not necessary in my opinion but the interviews with managers were used so I could be evaluated for customer service skills, technical skills, and to see how well I would fit in with the team/culture.

Applied online, had a phone interview, then I was called in for a formal interview. Had the interview with the ICT Service Desk Manager and ICT Directory. My interview went very well and they were pretty much looking more for a positive attitude and willingness and desire to learn.
