I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KeyBank (Cleveland, OH) in Apr 2013
Interview
It was a 3 step process. The phone interview, interview with the Regional Manager and then a branch manager. It was a fairly easy and welcoming process. In the first step they ask all the questions you expect: why this job, why this company, etc. do your research. In the 2nd step they want to know what you know about banking and how to sell against your competitors. They might do role plays. in the 3rd step it is more of the same.

I applied online. I interviewed at KeyBank (Syracuse, NY) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was very normal and had thought I crushed it. However; after the in person interview they never contacted me again even when I reached out. Terrible business practice. Have since removed all money and business from company
