Interview
I gave my resume to a recruiter at an information session and was asked to interview the next week. I had a one on one interview with the program manager that consisted of several behavioral questions and a few technical questions. Most of the behavioral questions were standard questions that you would expect. The technical questions were pretty basic as well.

Interview
Brief phone screening with HR, did not ask many technical questions. Then attended the SuperDay the next month. Behavioral, Logic (Brainteasers), and Technical interviews. 3 30-minute interviews, two with employees in the field that you would be working with, one with HR. Also had a comparison of two stocks.
