selection process consist of 4 rounds.
which were GD and the an IQ test. followed by two rounds of interview.
first was a sort of stress interview and next was skill test for sales.
Quick process, but managers seemed very uptight and very rude. Did not enjoy the environment and atmosphere. The building had this peculiar odour, I would not be able to sit in a room with that smell everyday.
I was described as unprofessional, you need to be clear cut for this process and not friendly so dress in a full suit, this was at the final stage in person interview interview.

Interview
The assessment centre consisted of introducing yourself first in a group and then a role play excercise. The role play consisted of trying to sell a car to a customer.
