Brief Interview with a recruiter followed by an awkward self-recorded interview. The program doesn't allow video re-do's so preparation is important. They responded to me within a week so that was good. I didn't go any further than that but they have multiple hiring events per year so maybe I'll apply again sometime.

There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
