The interview was a short process in their Birmingham office. I was interviewed by two members of staff, one of whom would have been my line manager. The key focus was the management of your own timetable and how you could handle the responsibilities that came with the job. It was an overall engaging experience.

Il processo di selezione si è svolto in diverse fasi. Dopo un primo contatto con il team HR, ho partecipato a un colloquio conoscitivo finalizzato ad approfondire il mio percorso accademico, le mie motivazioni e il mio interesse per il ruolo. Successivamente ho avuto modo di confrontarmi con figure del team commerciale, approfondendo le attività previste dalla posizione, il contesto aziendale e le competenze richieste. L'intero processo si è svolto in maniera professionale e trasparente, permettendomi di comprendere meglio la cultura aziendale e le aspettative legate al ruolo.

Very in-depth and professional. There is an initial interview with a recruiter, then you will do a sales role play, and then an interview. On the day of the interview, you are put into a career day kick-off with 30-40 other candidates.
