I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Indianapolis, IN) in Sep 2018
Interview
Very good interview, my interview was fantastic. It was mostly your typical behavioral questions and I was requested to use the STAR Method throughout the interview. Only had one interview before offer.
Round 1- 30 min conversation with recruiter. Asked some basic personality questions and about my career background. At the end they told me I would be moving on to a second, longer interview, so it was nice to know right away and not have to wait.

Interview
Talked to them during the engineering job fair on campus and got a spot for an interview. Some schools require you to upload your resume ahead of time. The process was fairly short since this is for an internship. After the one-on-one interview on campus, they sent me an e-mail about an offer.
