I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (College Park, MD) in Sep 2014
Interview
The interview process was very informal and took place on campus. I met with a recruiter at a school career fair and had a brief conversation with them at that time. The second round of interviewing was on campus when KC sent a recruiter on-site to interview. The recruiter was friendly and did not ask any unforeseen questions.
