I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Shanghai, Shanghai) in May 2025
Interview
It took a whole day with intensity and required in-person presence, during which if you did not pass any process you could know the result and leave straight away. They cover the lunch and a gift bag, but no more travel fees. There were several rounds that examines negotiation, analysis and pressure-taking. Overall it was fair, but certainly reflects the fast pace of industry, and I believe the company holds more of a selection-based attitude rather than cultivate. Prefers local students who have a certain economic ground and love to explore fun activities.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Des Moines, IA)

Two interviews with three different people. First was 30 minutes, second was 30 minutes also. Not a ton of questions, just wanting to get to know my personality and my experience. Went through resume together.
