I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn
Interview
Very easy going interview. Met with a total of 6 people (2 at a time). First set took me to get coffee, second set asked more technical and background questions, last set just talked about the company and how they do things. Easy overall
Phone screen was very typical. Prepare for those “describe a time” scenarios. After passing the phone screen interview, a meeting with the team was schedule via teams. For this one in particular, they’re doing more of the explaining when it comes to the role. Be yourself, especially if it’s an entry position. They want to know if you’d be a good fit for the team so definitely answer all the questions with examples and ask questions.

Really laid back. Took me out to lunch. They just want to see that you’re eager to learn and if you would be a good fit for the team (someone that seems good to be around).
