In-person interview. They gave the impression that they would give an actual follow-up. After one "we still haven't selected our candidate yet" email, I never got a response afterward. Given where I am now, I'm not upset that I didn't get an offer, but I do feel like it's rude to never respond to anyone. For a fairly large company, it was extremely unprofessional and makes me wonder how well they treat their employees or how much trust you can put in your own workplace. When people are looking for jobs, we appreciate feedback as to why we weren't considered/chosen. Not left wondering for months.
