I have several friends who work with KinderCare and they recommend to me to apply. They said I would enjoy working in place that valued their employees and families. I applied online. I did a panel interview and then had to interview with the CD and DM.

What would I do if I had a biting incident and I had to share the information with the parent. What would that conversation look like.

Basically applied online. Called me in about 2 days. Went in for interview with center director. Asked situational questions. Then came back for second interview with district manager who asks questions like she wants you to fail. Took forever to hear anything back. Very long process.

There were Two interviews with hiring direct and them met with a district manager and a director. Very nice people and interview was easy. The interviewers both took turns asking me questions.
