I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kohl's (Platteville, WI) in Oct 2018
Interview
On campus, then web interview, then a coding interview.
Kohl's clearly goes after the candidates with high GPA's, which I personally think is a bad strategy when it comes to the hiring process, especially in a field as difficult as engineering.
As for the interview process, it was actually fairly easy to follow. The questions were never difficult, they really are just looking for the top of the class students.
