Get a call for a phone interview, after that you receive an email to schedule a date and time for the group interview. After you get to the hotel that the interview is held you are greeted then you watch a video on the computer about the companies policy, when done you then sit down with your interviewer and then you are moved to another room with someone who interviews you (Usually a coordinator at the call center) Got a call 2 days after my interview with salary and training time.

I got a call after applying online around a week afterward. interviews over the phone and then got an in-person interview, they asked me the basic questions, then got a call a few hours after I left the interview with a job offer. Fast and Speedy.

Interview
I applied online for one of the call center positions, then a few days later received a call from a recruiter. I scheduled a phone interview with someone from HR, after the phone interview, I was asked to take another assessment. After that, I got a call back to come for an interview with a hiring manager at a hotel. We were taken in groups of three to get a presentation on benefits and listen to some sample calls. Then I went in for the interview with the hiring manager who started by asking me if I had any questions and then asked only four questions.
