First there was a 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter. The for the first round interview it was a 30 minute interview and then for the second and final interview it was two back to back 30 minute interviews.

Mostly behavioral questions: tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you had to face a challenge, etc
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
Straight forward. They want to get to know you and your strengths. Good mix of behavioral questions and normal questions. 4 rounds- screening call with recruiter, 2 interview rounds, and then a final round with management.
