You definitely have to know someone in corporate to get an interview. The interview was via Zoom and they asked very basic questions. I was hired after the interview process.

Interviewed with 3 HR Associates, followed by 2 Assistant Product Managers and lastly the Product Manager on a Friday. I received a call on Saturday with the offer. Process was smooth and speedy.

I first did a phone interview with HR. Then I was called back and ended up being interviewed by 6 different people. They were all looking for a specialist. The total process was about 2 and a half hours. After that I was pretty much done. I think the HR manager had a discussion with each person to see if I would be a fit in either of their offices.
