I only had the phone interview, but there were no negative sentiments during the call. They let me know the job was open because the previous person in the position received a promotion. I focused the conversation on skill set and technical knowledge and when asked about salary I informed them- I'd love to go further in interview rounds, so I could learn more about the culture & they could learn about me. At the time I made 85K and I believe they were hiring for 75K - very very low a senior role. I didn't hear back for a week - I did a follow up Email and got an automated email rejecting me unfortunately.
