First round interviews on campus were easy going and mainly behavioral questions. Second round interviews were three different interviewers at different times for 15 min each. Two were super nice, other was really hard to read. I was asked the same question by two of them because the interviewers just read them off a sheet of paper that they have in front of them. I tried talking about my knowledge of design to show I understood the business AND design aspects of product development, but the first interviewer in the 2nd round mistook my explanation for not understanding the job description. Happened to two other of my friends, one of whom got an offer.
