The entire process started off with an application. Once the application and resume we screened and accepted, I moved on to the first interview. The first interview was with one of Kosh's senior engineers. Even though I was applying for a non-technical role, I brushed up the basics around networking, servers, Microsoft, desktop management, etc...
After that first interview, a second interview with the CEO was scheduled. That interview was mostly about how I would fit with Kosh and I got more details about what Kosh would offer in terms of compensation and work environment.
After that 2nd interview, I received an offer letter.
And that is pretty much the process I experienced.
