I was approached to discuss a contract opportunity as a Software Engineer with Kpler by someone in the Engineering department. The first chat was very positive and was invited to a second round to discuss technical requirement with one more Senior Software Engineer. Everything looked so positive and was offered the job verbally, discussing the details and start date until the hiring manager in Engineering basically ghosted me and never came back to my messages.
This demonstrated a poor working culture and the whole behaviour was totally unprofessional
