I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger (New York, NY) in Mar 2012
Interview
Application was submitted, they sent an Assessment to do, then a second assessment about 1 week later a 3rd assessment. A couple weeks later called in for first one on one interview. Finally, a second interview was with a panel of 5. 3 weeks or so I received an offer letter.
Now, new applicants must also do a Powerpoint presentation on a specific topic. Atleast, those applying as an internal candidate has to. Not certain about external candidates.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger (Columbus, OH) in May 2016
Interview
An initial one-on-one interview with an HR person at a district office. I was told I would be contacted in 1 to 2 weeks for a panel interview, but was called the next day. The panel interview was 4 persons asking questions from a pre-determined sheet, but they were not overly difficult questions. All questions are behavior based and they are looking for you to answer in STAR format. I am not sure the results yet, but I am hopeful.
