Interview
Very quick and simple. Wasn't Difficult at all and the whole process was non-intimidating.
The interviewer was very polite and well spoken. The environment was clean and well organized. some of the employees were loud but it was a pretty good process

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kroger in Oct 2023
Interview
Applied online and just received a generic "your qualifications don't match" with no option to find out what that means. If I have been doing the exact position I'm applying for for twenty years and have completely open availability, what exactly is it that doesn't match? Companies need to be more transparent with their hiring, giving a generic no-reply response that doesn't even make sense just seems like you aren't even looking at the applications, or that you're being discriminatory since I am disabled even though I do not need any accommodations. Will definitely never recommend anyone waste their time applying with them.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kroger (Douglasville, GA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I received a phone screening on Monday and setup an face to face interview for Saturday. i was suppose to meet with Mr. Goda. but interviewed with other manager. It appeared that I may get the job but i have to wait for a call back and to take the drug test and background check. They Manager was very relaxed and easy going. the interview was about 20 minutes give or take.
